When and where does Slide & OTS Winter take place?
Slide & OTS Winter takes place at Exhibition Centre, Liverpool Experience Campus.
What are the opening hours?
Day 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Day 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Day 3: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Is Slide & OTS Winter open to the public?
No. Slide & OTS Winter is a trade-only event and is not open to the general public.
Who can attend Slide & OTS Winter?
Slide & OTS Winter is open to professionals working within the outdoor industry including retailers, buyers, distributors, agents, media, brands, activity providers, and industry organisations.
Is visitor entry free?
Yes, entry is free for approved trade visitors.
How do I register?
Visitors can register online via the Slide & OTS Winter website, if registration is not open yet, you can subscribe for updates and you will be notified when it opens.
Can I register at the venue?
Yes, however pre-registration is strongly recommended to avoid queues.
Can students attend?
Relevant students may attend subject to organiser approval.
Can I attend for only one day?
Yes.
Can I re-enter the venue?
Yes, with your visitor badge.
Which season’s collections will be displayed?
The show primarily features Autumn/Winter collections for the following year.
What products are showcased at Slide & OTS Winter?

Can retailers place orders at the show?
Yes. Many exhibitors take orders during the event.
Can I arrange appointments with exhibitors?
Yes. Many exhibitors arrange meetings in advance and their contact details are available on the exhibitor list.

Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes. There will be free public Wi–Fi access available throughout the venue.
Is there food and drink available?
Yes, there are catering outlets and grab-and-go options available within the venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Parking is available, you can find all the information here.
What is the nearest train station?
Liverpool Central and James Street stations are both nearby.
Are there hotels near the venue?
Yes, there are many hotels within walking distance – you can see the list and book here.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible with step-free access and accessible facilities.
Are dogs allowed?
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted unless agreed in advance with the organisers.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. There will be a cloakroom available next to the Registration Desk operating during the show opening times, at a price of £2 per item.
Is there a show app?
Show information, exhibitors, floor plans, and updates are available via the Slide & OTS Winter website and venue signage.

What is the Slide & OTS Winter Social Evening?
The SLIDE & OTS Winter Social is an evening featuring Networking Drinks, SIGB AGM and Show Awards Winners Presentations.
Do I need a separate ticket for the Social Evening?
No the event is free for all exhibitors, visitors and SIGB members.
Are media allowed to attend?
Yes, accredited media and press are welcome.
How do I apply for press accreditation?
Under company’s main business activity select MEDIA. Please note that this category is for press only, commercial photographers, PR, marketing, event organisers should select their accurate category. Access to the press office is only for bonafide press members.
Will photography and filming take place?
Yes. Photography and filming take place during the event for promotional and editorial purposes.
Is first aid available?
Yes, first aid facilities are available at the venue’s atrium.
What happens in an emergency?
Please follow instructions from venue staff and use the nearest available emergency exit.
