Rates for stands at Slide & OTS Winter 2027

Early Bird Rates – end Friday 18th September 2026

  1. Space SIGB and/or OIA Member – £95 per sqm
  2. Space Non-Member – £145 per sqm
  3. Lightweight Pre-Built Quad Shell 2.5m – £16 per sqm (to be added to the space rate)
  4. Lightweight Pre-Built Quad Shell 1.4 m – £18 per sqm (to be added to the space rate)

Before you enquire or book a stand

Please read our Terms and Conditions of Booking, including the exhibitor eligibility criteria in section 10.39, before enquiring about exhibiting at Slide & OTS Winter. This will help you check that your company meets the requirements to exhibit.

If you are unsure whether you qualify, please contact us before submitting your booking.

Payment Terms and Conditions

For bookings received after Friday 18th September 2026, 100% of the fees will be invoiced at the time of booking at the standard rate.

Cleared payment is required in full prior to the event.

This includes confirmation and payment of full membership to SIGB and/or OIA. Failure to provide proof of membership will result in a supplementary invoice charged at the non-member rate.

All invoices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
