To qualify for the early bird discount, a 50% deposit invoice must be paid within 30 days of issue after receipt of the completed booking form.
If the deposit is not received within 30 days, or by 15th September 2026 for bookings made after 15th August 2026, the early bird rate will no longer apply. In such cases, a supplementary invoice will be issued to reflect the standard rate, and the remaining 50% will be invoiced accordingly.
For bookings received after Friday 18th September 2026, 100% of the fees will be invoiced at the time of booking at the standard rate.
Cleared payment is required in full prior to the event.
This includes confirmation and payment of full membership to SIGB and/or OIA. Failure to provide proof of membership will result in a supplementary invoice charged at the non-member rate.
All invoices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
