WHAT THE OUTDOOR TRADE SHOW PRIVACY POLICY COVERS

This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on the Slide/OTS Winter site.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.

There are many links within the pages of the Slide/OTS Winter website, which will take you to other web sites. Please make sure you read the privacy policy of any other sites that may ask for personally identifiable information before you register with them.

We only collect the personal data that we need to fulfil our contract with you and communicate with you. You provide us with your information when you book a stand at the show by providing the information we request from you to fulfil our contract with you or register online / on-site as a show visitor.

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on this website. This includes information provided at the time of registering as a visitor to the show. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our sites.
  • Information that you provide by filling in hard copy or digital forms and either sending them electronically or handing them or posting them to us. This includes information provided at the time you register as a visitor.

  • Details of transactions you carry out through our sites and for the fulfilment of your orders.
