Organisers’ Office

The Organisers’ Office is located above the salad bar in hall A and is fully sign posted. We are at your disposal to ensure that your experience goes as smoothly as possible, so please do not hesitate to visit us if you require any assistance.

Registration and Badges

The Slide & OTS Winter Exhibitor and Visitor Registration is located just before the entrance to the halls. Our registration team will assist you to print your badges.

Wi-Fi

Free wi-fi is available throughout the exhibition hall and within the atrium.

Job Vacancies Board

We will have a job vacancies board at the foyer entrance. This service is sponsored by Outdoori / Profilebulletin.com and is free to all exhibitors and visitors, so please post any vacancies that you might have for maximum exposure during the show. You can send your vacancy to the organisers.

Slide ’26 Awards

All products entered in the show awards will be on display at the entrance foyer. The winners in each category will be announced on the 7th of January during the Networking Evening, SIGB AGM and Slide ’26 Awards Presentation – all welcome.

Guest Relations

Located at the entrance of the exhibition centre, they are available for loss property, and for any local information.

Cloakroom

There will be a cloakroom available next to the Registration Desk operating during the show opening times, at a price of £2 per item.

Food & Drink

The main café is located at the back of the show and will serve breakfast, snacks and lunch. There is also a coffee bike located at the entrance to Hall B serving coffee and snacks. There will be seating around these two areas.

Toilets

There are two sets of male and female toilets located by the hall entrances wall and two sets located at the opposite side of the halls at either side of the café.

Drinking Water

There are two water fountains located in the atrium outside the halls and four additional water towers – two located in each hall entrance, and two at the café area at the back of the halls. Please bring your water bottles and reusable coffee cups to reduce waste.

Medical Assistance/First Aid

If you need medical assistance, please contact the organisers or visit the first aid station located at the atrium.

Feedback

An online questionnaire will be emailed for your comments immediately after the show. We are also looking for quotes from visitors, so please drop us an e-mail with your quotes and feedback.
